Wonderbean began in Chikkamagaluru with a simple belief: Indian coffee, when treated with care and respect, should be allowed to speak for itself. We work with coffees from Indian estates, roast in small batches, and aim to make origin, processing, roasting and brewing easier for customers to understand.
Our range is built as a roastery portfolio rather than around a single permanent hero coffee. From balanced blends and South Indian filter coffee to single-estate and experimental lots, each coffee is selected for a particular drinking experience. Malnad Roast, our 100% Arabica house coffee, is roasted to a medium roast.
Story Behind Our Logo
At the heart of our logo is the coffee roaster’s cooling tray wheel—the final and decisive stage after roasting. For us it represents restraint over excess, balance over haste, and the discipline required to turn raw potential into a considered cup.
The five coffee beans surrounding it represent the pillars that guide us: origin, process, quality, experience and growth.
Our line, “Roasting Beans & Toasting Dreams”, reflects the aspirations shared across the coffee chain—from producers and roasters to the people brewing our coffee at home or in cafés.
How We Work
We believe coffee deserves both technical attention and a human approach. We continue learning from producers, roasting, brewing, customer feedback and new research. We aim to communicate what we know clearly, distinguish observation from fact, and never manufacture a story simply to make a coffee easier to sell.
