These Terms govern your use of wonderbeancoffeeco.com and purchases from Wonderbean Coffee Co., a brand operated by Lobo Enterprises, Mallandur Road, Indavara Post, Uppalli, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka 577101, India. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. Mandatory rights under Indian law continue to apply.

Store and eligibility

The store is hosted on Shopify. You must provide accurate, current information and use the site only lawfully. If you are under the age of majority, you may purchase only with a parent or lawful guardian's involvement and consent. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.

Products and information

We sell roasted coffee, coffee products and related goods. We aim to present descriptions, origins, processing information, tasting notes, weights and images accurately. Agricultural products naturally vary by harvest and lot, and tasting notes describe sensory impressions rather than guaranteed flavours.

To maintain reliable availability during unusually large or bulk orders, selected coffee may be sourced, processed, roasted, manufactured or packed with production support from an approved third-party facility. Where applicable, this may include Aryan Coffee and Spices, associated with Jayanti Coffee Works, GSTIN 29ABXFA4910B1ZE. This additional capacity helps us fulfil demand while products remain subject to applicable specifications, quality checks, descriptions and labelling. The manufacturer or packer shown on the product label or invoice for a particular batch prevails.

Availability may change. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. Read supplied food labels and packaging for ingredients, allergens, preparation, storage and best-before information.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are displayed before payment. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors and will offer a refund if a paid order cannot be honoured on corrected terms.

Payments are processed by the provider displayed at checkout. You authorize the relevant charge when submitting an order. We may verify, decline or cancel an order for unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or another legitimate reason. Refunds for cancelled paid orders are sent to the original method.

Orders and contract formation

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. Automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and begin processing, subject to payment and availability.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy. Coffee and consumables are perishable and may be ground or packed to order, so change-of-mind returns after dispatch are not accepted, without limiting remedies for damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

Subscriptions and recurring purchases

Eligible products may be offered as subscriptions. Before purchase, the product, variants, recurring price, discount and billing frequency are displayed. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Subscription management, cancellation cut-offs, failed payments, changes, fulfilment and refunds are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation and Subscription Policy. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse an order already charged or in processing.

Promotions, reviews and user content

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. If you submit a review, image, recipe, comment or other content, you confirm you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to privacy law. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content.

Intellectual property

The site's branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, recipes, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Lobo Enterprises. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse it except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You must not interfere with site security or operation; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; use false identity or payment information; infringe rights; place fraudulent orders; or use the service unlawfully.

Third-party services

The site integrates services for hosting, payments, subscriptions, delivery, reviews, analytics, advertising and messaging. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our obligations but are not liable for an independent third party's acts beyond the extent required by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

We provide the site with reasonable care. Except for rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, the site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, non-excludable product liability or statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how personal data is handled, including through Shopify, payment, delivery, review, analytics, advertising and subscription services.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The version presented when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, courts at Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Nothing restricts your right to approach a competent consumer commission, regulator, court or the National Consumer Helpline.
