Frequently Asked Questions – Wonderbean Coffee Co.

Have questions about our coffee?

From sourcing and roasting to resting, brewing and delivery, find the details that help you choose and enjoy your coffee with confidence.

Where does Wonderbean source its coffee from?

We source coffee from high-altitude estates in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, selected for their rich soil, climate and distinctive cup character.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer light, medium, medium-dark and dark roasts, depending on each coffee’s natural character and intended flavour profile.

Why do you rest the coffee after roasting?

Fresh coffee releases carbon dioxide after roasting. Resting lets gases escape and allows flavour to settle into a smoother, more balanced cup.

Do you add chicory to your coffee?

Most coffees are 100% Arabica, 100% Robusta or Arabica-Robusta blends. One traditional South Indian filter coffee includes chicory.

Which brewing method is best for each coffee?

Light to medium-dark coffees are often suited to pour-over, French press and AeroPress. Darker roasts are often suited to espresso. Check the product page for recommendations.

Do you offer pour-over bags?

Yes. Our easy pour-over bags are designed for a fresh, convenient cup—just add hot water.

What pack sizes are available?

Our standard coffee pouches are 250g, packed to maintain freshness after roasting and resting.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on location. We deliver across India.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Subscribe for recurring deliveries of your preferred coffee so you do not run out.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Contact Wonderbean directly for bulk or corporate orders, or visit the B2B collection and request an access code.

How should I store my coffee?

Store coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat and moisture. Avoid refrigeration.

What is the shelf life of Wonderbean coffee?

For the best flavour, consume within 6 months of the roast date. Coffee is best enjoyed fresh.

When is the best time to buy coffee—on the roast date or after?

Coffee benefits from resting after roasting. We recommend coffee rested for at least 3 weeks, so it arrives fresh, balanced and ready to brew.
