Wonderbean Coffee Co. is operated by Lobo Enterprises, Mallandur Road, Indavara Post, Uppalli, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka 577101, India ("Wonderbean", "we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit wonderbeancoffeeco.com, buy from us, create an account, contact us, submit a review or form, subscribe to communications, or use a subscription service.

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• identity and contact data, including name, billing and delivery address, email and phone number;

• order, subscription and account data, including products, grind and size selections, frequency, transaction status, returns, support history and preferences;

• payment-related data, including payment method type, billing identifiers, mandate or transaction references and fraud signals; complete payment credentials are processed by payment providers and are not stored by us;

• device and usage data, including IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, searches, clicks, referral source and interactions with advertisements or messages;

• information from Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, marketplaces, advertising platforms and other service providers where permitted by law.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to provide the website; process payments; fulfil and deliver orders; manage accounts, subscriptions, returns and refunds; authenticate users; prevent fraud; secure and troubleshoot the service; provide support and transactional communications; personalize content; measure campaign performance; improve products; send permitted marketing; manage reviews and forms; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires consent, we seek it and allow withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Certain data is necessary to process an order or subscription; without it, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for storefront, account, cart, checkout, security and subscription functions. We disclose relevant personal data only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including to Shopify; payment and subscription providers including Easy Subscriptions and the provider displayed at checkout; shipping providers including DTDC, Shiprocket and Delhivery; approved production, packing and bulk-order fulfilment providers including Aryan Coffee and Spices associated with Jayanti Coffee Works; GST Pro; Judge.me; Shopify Messaging, Forms, Flow, Search & Discovery, Bundles, Marketplace Connect and translation services; Google and Meta/Facebook; professional advisers, auditors, banks and fraud-prevention providers; and regulators or courts where legally required.

These providers may process information under their own privacy notices and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws; available privacy controls can be used to limit such activity where applicable.

International processing

Shopify and other providers may process or store data outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use providers and contractual or other safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law, subject to restrictions notified by the Government of India.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, subscription management, customer service, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about or access, correct or erase personal data; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; manage cookies; and raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or necessary for legitimate claims and security.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Transactional order, account, payment, delivery and subscription messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.

Children's data

The store is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from a child or undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children contrary to applicable law. A parent or lawful guardian may contact us about a child's data.
