Production support for larger orders

Wonderbean Coffee Co. ordinarily manages its coffees through its own sourcing and production arrangements. When unusually large or bulk orders require additional capacity, selected coffee may be sourced, processed, roasted, manufactured or packed with support from an approved third-party facility, which may include Aryan Coffee and Spices, associated with Jayanti Coffee Works, GSTIN 29ABXFA4910B1ZE. This arrangement strengthens continuity of supply and helps us serve larger customer requirements while applying the specifications, quality checks, descriptions and labelling relevant to the order. Batch-specific product packaging and invoices will identify the legally required manufacturer, packer, seller and tax information, and those batch-specific disclosures prevail.

Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown before an order is confirmed. Payments may be processed by Shopify-supported payment services, Razorpay, or another payment provider displayed at checkout. The payment provider may require authentication and processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive or store your complete card number, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or OTP.

A payment authorization or bank debit does not by itself guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when we issue confirmation and do not subsequently cancel it for unavailability, payment verification, pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction or another legitimate reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Recurring subscription payments are governed by the Purchase Options Cancellation and Subscription Policy and the plan information displayed before authorization. Customers can withdraw authorization for future renewals by cancelling in accordance with that policy, subject to orders already charged or in processing.

Invoices and records

We issue invoices or other transaction records as required under applicable Indian tax law. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate billing information. Transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

Consumer protection

Nothing in this notice excludes rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, applicable food-safety law, payment-system rules or other mandatory Indian law.
